Escargo Pay

Get paid for the work, against the work.

Deposits at booking, payment links for the balance, and refunds from the payment record, every euro lands against the job and invoice that earned it.

How it works

From a deposit at booking to a closed invoice.

  1. Set up customer payments

Escargo uses Stripe Connect to verify your business and pay you out. Payments switch on once that setup is complete.

  2. Take a deposit

At booking, applied to the final balance automatically.

  3. Send a payment link

For a balance, a quote or a deposit, the customer pays from their phone.

  4. It reconciles itself

The payment lands against the invoice, the job and the customer.

  5. Refund when you need to

In full or in part from the payment record, with the reason kept.
